No-Gi BJJ (Grappling) 

At Kazgan Fight + Fitness, No-Gi BJJ (Grappling) is built on technique, strategy, and composure — not physical strength. The goal isn’t to overpower your opponent, but to manage energy efficiently, control position, and finish with precision at the right moment.


A No-Gi session is often described as a game of human chess — every move sets up the next, and every position creates a new opportunity.

And when you find yourself on the ground with a Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, it’s like being in the ocean with a shark — stay calm, maintain control, and survive through intelligence and timing.

Training Structure:

• Position & Control: Develop pressure, balance, and dominance from key positions such as guard, side control, mount, and back control.

• Transitions & Flow: Learn smooth, wrestling-based transitions that keep you in control while maintaining movement continuity.

• Submission Techniques:

The essence of No-Gi lies in leverage, timing, and technical precision.

You’ll learn effective chokes and joint locks that neutralize opponents through technique rather than force — finishing calmly, efficiently, and without wasted energy.

• Tactical Patience: Control before speed, position before power. Every move is deliberate, and every exchange has purpose.

• Live Positional Drills: Realistic, time-based positional scenarios sharpen reflexes, endurance, and decision-making under pressure.


All training is technical, controlled, and safe.


Advanced athletes may progress to supervised live rolling once approved by the coach — ensuring steady development and full safety.

After each session, you don’t just improve physically — you evolve mentally.

You become calmer, smarter, and more effective — a complete grappler.


Each class pushes your limits through intense finishers that enhance rhythm, power, and endurance — leaving you faster, sharper, and more balanced every week.
