Kickboxing — Dutch Style

At Kazgan Fight + Fitness, kickboxing is taught through the discipline and intensity of the Dutch Style — a system built on rhythm, pressure, and precision.

Every session combines striking flow, balance, and tempo control to develop real fight rhythm and athletic endurance.

Dutch Style Methodology:

• Rhythm & Tempo Control: Learn to maintain fluid motion and control the pace under fatigue — the key to Dutch-style dominance.

• Combination Flow: Hands, legs, and knees work in complete coordination, training your timing and accuracy through structured, high-volume combinations.

• Pressure & Defense: Dutch Style teaches offensive defense — how to advance while maintaining control, distance, and balance.

• Explosive Power: Round-based interval drills build lower-body strength, endurance, and core stability for fight-level performance.


Training sessions are technique-focused and fully controlled.


Advanced athletes may progress to supervised partner work under professional guidance, ensuring a safe and structured environment while keeping the Dutch discipline intact.


Each class pushes your limits through intense finishers that enhance rhythm, power, and endurance — leaving you faster, sharper, and more balanced every week.
