At Kazgan Fight + Fitness, our Kids program builds confidence, discipline, and coordination through fun, structured, and high-energy training.

We help kids focus, channel their energy, and develop teamwork in a safe and motivating environment — led by Coach Murat Kazgan and our professional team.

Kids Boxing Class

What Kids Learn

  • Fundamentals: Safe striking techniques — punches, kicks, and defense — taught progressively.
  • Coordination & Balance: Game-based drills to improve motor skills, timing, and agility.
  • Discipline & Focus: Kids learn structure, respect, and consistency that applies to life outside the gym.
  • Conditioning & Fun: Mini circuits and partner drills that keep every class engaging and high-energy.

Ages: 6–11
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday — 5:30 PM
Duration: 1 hour per class
